1.  CertDR Qualified – Learner of the Year 2012
Following on from the success of last year, 25 more learners have completed all three modules this year.  There are two more exams timetabled before the conference, so make sure your staff studies hard to stand a chance of winning this esteemed award.

There is no need to place an entry for this award as every CertDR qualified learner (September 2011 to November 2012) is automatically entered by DRF.  The winner is chosen based on the total average score achieved over all three modules.

2.  DRF Advisor of the Year 2012 – nominations must be in by Monday 3rd September
Each DRF member company is invited to nominate one of their advisors as a candidate for Advisor of the Year 2012.
The criteria for this award is separated into two parts:

Part One:
Each company is responsible for promoting this to their client base to encourage clients to vote for their nominated advisor.  Clients must email their vote to:awards@debtresolutionforum.org.uk with the following information:
• Name of advisor and firm they are voting for
• Client name, contact details, reference number and permission for DRF to call and qualify them as genuine – their identity will be kept confidential
• Reasons why they (the client) believe the advisor deserves the award

Part Two:
• Company nomination form – including details of customer satisfaction, performance, team work, industry knowledge and contribution to the company

Criteria of judging
The DRF Awards Committee will grade each advisor on the following:
• Company nomination form – including details of customer satisfaction, performance, team work, industry knowledge and contribution to the company
• Number of client votes sent in
• Reasons clients have chosen to nominate the advisor

3. Business Partnership of the Year 2012 – NEW – nominations must be in by Monday 3rd September

Finding the right supplier or business partner who takes the time to understand the dynamics of your company and the manner in which you need them to work is often a difficult task.
This category of award was created to thank and acknowledge those organisations that work in partnership with you and provide a win-win solution.  This award will enable you to highlight suppliers who have helped your business grow or helped provide a better service to your clients.

4.  Investing in the Community, 2012 – NEW – nominations must be in by Monday 3rd September
Investing in local community projects is becoming ever more important to companies across the UK.  This award has been created to recognise DRF member companies who take the time to work within their local communities in one way or another without financial recompense.

5.  Debt Resolution Member Firm of the Year 2012 – NEW – nominations must be in by Monday 3rd September
The DRF Member Firm of the Year will be awarded to the organisation which can demonstrate how their employees and organisation as a whole works to the same ethics and high standards of the DRF.

  This will be judged on the following criteria:
• Employee satisfaction percentages (evidence must be included in nomination)
• Employee development programmes (evidence must be included in nomination to demonstrate programmes in place of available)
• Staff retention levels (evidence must be included in nomination)
• Customer satisfaction percentages (evidence must be included in nomination)
• If any, the number and content of client complaints DRF has received regarding your organisation
